Common questions
Where do I find my license key?
It's already inside the jar you downloaded from BuiltByBit. On first start the plugin writes it to plugins/<Plugin>/config.yml under license-key. After you claim it, it's always in your dashboard too.
I moved to a new host. What do I do?
Open your dashboard and press Reset IPs on that license. The new server binds automatically the next time it starts.
What happens if the license server is down?
Nothing on your side. Plugins keep the last signed check and keep running for up to 48 hours without reaching us.
How many servers can one license run on?
Each license has a number of IP slots, shown on your dashboard. Every server IP that runs the plugin uses one slot until you reset them.
Can I give a license to someone else?
Yes. Use Transfer on the license and enter their Discord user ID. They need to have logged in here once.
Someone got hold of my key.
Press New key on the license. The old key stops working immediately, then put the new one in your config.yml.
